Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take care with every order, but if your food arrives damaged, spoiled, or not what you ordered, please let us know within 24 hours.

To process a refund, we ask for a short video showing the item is damaged upon receipt—this helps us make sure the issue is real.


Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.

Returns

Because our food is perishable, we cannot accept returns.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before preparation or delivery.
