How can I place an order?

You can place your order through our website or by messaging us on Facebook. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll prepare your food with care.


Do you accept special requests or custom orders?

Yes! We do our best to accommodate special requests or ingredient adjustments, as long as they are requested before preparation begins. Please message us as soon as possible after placing your order.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Cash on Pickup (COP) – Store Pickup
• PayPal
• Bank Transfer
• GCash
• Credit Card

Payment must be confirmed before order preparation, except for COD and COP orders.


Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic, weather, and rider availability.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before preparation or delivery. Please contact us immediately to check if your order is still eligible.


What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We take great care with every order. If your food arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours.

To help us process a refund, we require a short video showing the issue upon receipt.


Do you accept returns?

No. Because our food is perishable, we do not accept returns.


How long does it take to process a refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
